We introduced Brazilian Cuisine and Culture to Charleston, South Carolina.

Our Brazilianuts Food Truck brought dishes made from Yuca (cassava/manioc). TAPIOCAS (Brazilian Tacos) are our signature dish; they are  made with Yuca flour in a tortilla-style, filled with savory or sweet ingredients.

We hosted distinctive “Brazilian Culinary Events” throughout the year, held at different locations in Charleston, SC.  



Chef Teca Thompson, a native of Brazil, graduated from SUNY Rockland Community College in New York with a degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality.
