BRAZILIANUTS Food Service & Events, LLC
Brazilianuts Food Service & Events, LLC is a company dedicated to introduce Brazilian gastronomy and culture to the residents of Charleston, South Carolina.
We will cater special events, unique Brazilian style of dining accompanied by music, videos and dancers demonstrations about the Brazilian culture. They will be held at different locations throughout Charleston, SC.
We will create each event to reflect the different characteristics of each Brazilian region, its festivities and its cuisine. There will be 4 or 5 events per year, and a portion of the proceeds from each event will benefit one Lowcountry charity/institution.
Brazilian Culinary Events
Chef Teca Thompson, a native of Brazil, graduated from SUNY Rockland Community College in New York with a degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality. She is known by her passion for food and her dreams to pursue a career in the culinary industry. She aims to create events and dining experiences inspired by the influences of the Portuguese, Indigenous and African cultures and cuisines, which characterize the typical Brazilian Food Culture.
